Prime Mobile Scratch Dent & Wheel Repairs respects your privacy. This policy explains the limited information we collect when you ask for a quote or contact us, and how we look after it.
What we collect
We may collect your name, phone number, email address, suburb or postcode, repair details and vehicle photos. The online quote form requires at least one photo of the damage. A phone number or email address is needed so we can respond. We may ask for a service address later if you decide to book a repair.
How we use it
We use this information to assess the damage, prepare and discuss a quote, arrange a repair, provide customer service, prevent spam and keep business records. We do not sell your information. Customer photos are not used in our website, social media or advertising unless we ask for and receive separate permission.
Storage and service providers
Quote details and photos are stored privately using Cloudflare services, and quote notifications are sent to our Google Workspace email. These providers process data on our behalf and may process it in Australia or overseas. Our website also uses Cloudflare Turnstile to reduce spam; it receives technical browser and network information needed to perform that check. To limit abusive photo uploads, we temporarily store a protected identifier generated from your network address. It is used only to enforce upload limits and is deleted after the relevant monthly processing period. Photos selected through the quote form are resized and converted in your browser before upload, which removes embedded camera metadata such as saved location details.
How long we keep it
Website quote records and uploaded photos are generally deleted 12 months after we receive them. Quote notifications in our business email and records connected with completed work may be kept for longer where they are needed for service, warranty, tax or other legal purposes. Private photo download links sent to us expire after 30 days.
Cookies and links
We do not use advertising cookies or website analytics. Cloudflare Turnstile may store data that is strictly necessary to protect the quote form from spam. Links to Google Reviews and Instagram take you to those services, whose own privacy policies then apply.
Your privacy requests
You can email us to request access to, or correction of, personal information we hold about you. You may also ask us to delete information we no longer need, although we may retain records required for a booking, warranty, tax, legal or dispute-resolution purpose.
